The National Library of Virtual Manipulatives (NLVM) is an NSF supported project that began in 1999 to develop a library of uniquely interactive, web-based virtual manipulatives or concept tutorials, mostly in the form of Java applets, for mathematics instruction (K-12 emphasis); eNLVM is an extended project for online learning lessons. S1-3 pupils are given reguar homework in order to consolidate the work they have been practising in class. The majority of home learning exercises can be found in the S1/2 homework booklet, which is available through the links shown below (paper copies have been issued in class). All questions should be completed without the use of a calculator (unless otherwise indicated) and working must be shown in order to receive full marks.
Homework is issued regularly in class and pupils receive both verbal and written feedback. Failure to return homework on up to 3 occasions will result in a letter being sent home.
