We are excited to announce the return of the Sugar Bars Legacy Sale 'Wild Card'! The first lot in the sale will be a WILD CARD! The winning bidder for the “wildcard” lot will have his/her choice of any weanling in the sale. With no colt in the ring, the auctioneer will ask for bids on the “wildcard”. It will be auctioned in the same manner as every other foal in the sale, with the exception of the fact that, no one will know until the bidding is over and the winning bidder chooses his/her foal, which horse has actually been sold. That foal must be claimed immediately on winning the bid – and then will be removed from the catalog order. The sale will resume with the remainder
S.B.L.S.-Futurity
We are excited to announce the addition of the Sugar Bars Legacy Sale Futurity. All Sugar Bars bred weanlings sold at the 2013 sale will be eligible to show in the Yearling Halter Futurity. The Yearling halter futurity will be held at 8:00 AM with the 2 year old riding futurity to be held immediately after the yearling halter futurity on the morning of the sale. Those Sugar Bars bred weanlings and yearlings sold starting in 2012; will also be eligible to compete in the 2 & 3 year old Ranch Horse Versatility Futurity Class. Our first year for the 2 & 3 Year Old Ranch Horse Versatility Futurity Show will be 2014 in conjunction with the Yearling Futurity and the annual sale. Click here for more information.
The Sugar Bars Legacy Sale Association consists of 4 other ranches besides the Bar M. It will be held at the same location, Sheridan County Fair Grounds, Sheridan, WY.

After the regular SBLS we will accept consignments for ride horses of any breeding for an add on to the sale. So look for some well broke, snappy ride horses after the regular sale!

The Sugar Bars Legacy Sale will be held at the Sheridan County Fairgrounds, located on West 5th Street, Sheridan, Wyoming. Take the 5th Street Exit off the Interstate and follow it west to the Fairgrounds.
